Frequently Asked Questions

  • We specialize in Tiny Living and Small Spaces, focusing on projects from 25 sqm studio units to 75 sqm condominiums. We approach design like solving a jigsaw puzzle, switching between closely examining finer details and zooming out to see the overall client experience.

We’re also developing our expertise in Healthcare and Wellness projects. We believe in the healing power of thoughtful design, and our passion lies in problem-solving and creating user-centric, experience-based designs.

  • It depends on the project scope. On average, 30-sqm Residential Condominium Fitouts take at least 4 months minimum. 1 month for the Design Phase, 2 weeks contractor bidding and awarding, 1 week renovation permit processing, 1-2 months onsite construction, and 1 week general cleaning and set-up turnover. Best to add at least 20% of the calendar days as buffer.

  • Our professional fees are based on the chosen service package, location, and project scope.

For projects ranging from 25 to 50 square meters, our rates start at 3,500 PHP per square meter. As the project size increases, we also adjust the service fees accordingly.

The fee covers all phases and deliverables outlined in the service package, ensuring thorough support throughout our project.

  • Our payment scheme operates on a progress billing system based on project milestones.

We require a 40% non-refundable down-payment for the design phase, followed by 20% after design documentation, 20% at the start of construction planning, 10% midway through the build, and the final 10% upon project turnover.

  • Of course! We can definitely work within your defined budget. During our initial call, we will discuss your budget to assess feasibility and provide our professional insights. If adjustments are needed, we’ll recommend the best design service to meet your expectations while staying within budget.

  • Absolutely! We love collaborating with clients and we understand the practicality of reusing existing items.

The more details you provide—whether it’s a Pinterest board, Miro board, or a Google Sheet of your needs—the better.

With your vision and our design expertise, we can create a space that reflects both of our perspectives, integrating your personal style with our professional knowledge.

  • Yes! We will conduct weekly site visits throughout the construction process. We believe that execution is just as crucial as the design phase, as this is when ideas are transformed into reality.

During implementation, we supervise the entire process, keeping you informed and addressing any necessary changes or risks as your design advocate.

  • Our role is to supervise the implementation, keeping you informed, managing any necessary adjustments, and ensuring everything aligns with our design.

If any changes need to be made or risks arise, we act as the middleman between you and the construction team. As your designer, we ensure effective communication and facilitate solutions, so that our design remains at the forefront throughout the entire process.

  • Our studio currently focuses exclusively on interior design. This specialization allows us to maintain clear roles and responsibilities, ensuring a system of checks and balances that enhances the quality and effectiveness of our design services.

  • With nearly six years of design experience, we built good relationships with various builders and contractors, allowing us to recommend options that fit various backgrounds and budgets.

We’re more than happy to suggest trusted industry partners for your project!

  • While we specialize in a full-service approach to interior design, we don’t offer standalone design and drawing services.

Our focus is on collaboration between clients, builders, and suppliers throughout every stage of the project, ensuring effective implementation and minimizing risks during the construction phase.

  • If you have a preferred contractor, we are always open to meet and collaborate with new industry partners as well!

  • You are welcome to be as involved in the project, while we synchronize our roles within the design process to maintain consistency.

We can manage the design details while you focus on your preferences and decisions, or coordinate with other suppliers. This collaborative approach ensures that our design vision is realized without overwhelming you with the intricacies of the design and construction processes.

  • We manage changes during construction by conducting three (3) review rounds during the design development phase, which helps us catch any potential issues early on.

If unexpected challenges do come up, we will inform you by explaining the context, reviewing our steps, and working with you and the contractor to find effective solutions while keeping our design vision intact.
